Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 June 2026

1. Introduction

CLIPZ GLOBAL LTD, a company incorporated in Cyprus ("CLIPZ", "we", "us", "our"), operates the clipz.global website, the CLIPZ mobile applications (iOS and Android), and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"), and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Platform, and applies in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

Name, email address, username, and profile details you provide during registration. If you sign in via a third-party authentication provider (Google or Apple), we receive your name, email address, and profile photo as authorised by their OAuth consent flow. We do not receive or store your third-party account password.

Payment-method details you provide to receive payouts, such as payment-service email, bank/IBAN details and cryptocurrency wallet addresses.

Video links, claimed view counts, social media profile links, and any content you submit for campaign verification.

Connected Social Accounts:

When you optionally connect your social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) via authorised third-party analytics integrations, we receive read-only access to your public post metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, audience demographics) for submission verification. We do not post, delete, or modify content on your behalf.

IP address, browser type, operating system, device fingerprint, and native device identifiers provided by your operating system. When you opt into local-campaign verification, we collect precise GPS coordinates. Registration IP-based geolocation (country, region, city) is collected automatically at signup.

Phone number, WhatsApp, Telegram, and any other contact details provided through campaign requests or support inquiries.

Pages visited, features used, interaction patterns, session duration, push notification preferences, and language settings collected automatically.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences (language, theme), and analyse usage patterns. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information. We integrate with the following categories of third-party service providers, each of whom processes data under their own privacy policies and under contract with us: (a) authentication providers (such as Google and Apple) for sign-in; (b) payment processors and money-transfer services for payouts; (c) cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; (d) social-media analytics integrations for automated post-metric verification; (e) communication and push-notification providers; and (f) fraud-detection and device-intelligence services. A current list of the categories of providers we use is available on request. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Submission and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for audit and fraud-prevention purposes. Device fingerprints and IP logs are retained for 24 months. If you delete your account, personal profile data is removed within 30 days, but anonymised transaction records may be retained as required by law.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure credential storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. We maintain procedures to detect, investigate and respond to security incidents and will notify affected individuals and the relevant authorities where required by law. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA / Global)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and associated data; object to or restrict certain processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. EU/EEA residents have full GDPR rights. California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell data). To exercise these rights, use the in-app account deletion feature, contact us via the in-app support chat, or email info@clipz.global. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored in the European Union and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate, which may not provide the same level of protection as your home country. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where relevant) or another lawful transfer mechanism.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
