The terms governing your use of the CLIPZ.GLOBAL platform.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of CLIPZ.GLOBAL (the "Platform"), operated by CLIPZ GLOBAL LTD, a company incorporated in Cyprus ("CLIPZ", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. CLIPZ provides the technology that connects independent creators with brands and their paid campaigns. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old and fully capable of entering into a binding contract. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Platform. Before signing up or participating in any campaign, it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that doing so is lawful for you — including advertising-disclosure, tax, content and platform rules in your country and on each social network you post to. We do not make this assessment for you, and the Platform being accessible from your location is not a representation that participation is permitted there. You represent that you are not located in, and are not a national or resident of, any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes, and that you are not on any sanctions or restricted-party list (including those of the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States).
CLIPZ.GLOBAL connects creators with brands for paid social-media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter) and other supported networks. The Platform is available as a web app and as native iOS / Android apps, with a multi-language interface (currently 14 languages). Some features — including referral signups, location verification for local campaigns, and certain native fingerprinting checks — are mobile-only by design. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" with no guarantee of uninterrupted access, specific earnings, or performance. CLIPZ acts solely as a neutral technology intermediary that connects independent creators with brands and their campaigns. We are not the advertiser or brand, we do not own or control the products, services or campaigns promoted, and we do not endorse, verify or guarantee any brand, campaign or creator. You take part as an independent contractor; nothing in these Terms creates any employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship, and you are solely responsible for your own content, conduct, disclosures and taxes.
Any of the following will result in immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of all pending payouts:
At the first sign of suspected fraud, all payouts are frozen until resolved.
You may register and sign in using email and password, or through third-party authentication providers such as Google ("Sign in with Google") and Apple ("Sign in with Apple"). When you authenticate via a third-party provider, we receive limited profile data (name, email address, and profile photo) as authorised by that provider's OAuth consent flow. We do not receive or store your third-party password. Your use of third-party authentication is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy. You may optionally connect your social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to the Platform via authorised third-party analytics integrations. When you connect an account, we receive read-only access to your public post metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) for the purpose of automated submission verification. We do not post, delete, or modify content on your behalf. You may disconnect any linked account at any time from your profile settings.
By submitting a clip you grant CLIPZ.GLOBAL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to review, store, promote, and show the clip to clients and on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content, and this licence lasts only as long as needed for those purposes and for clips already shared with clients or published while it was active. You warrant that you own or control all rights in the clip, that it does not infringe any third-party rights, and, to the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights in the clip for these purposes. Copyright and IP complaints: if you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, contact us at info@clipz.global with enough detail to identify the content and your rights, your contact details, and a statement that your complaint is made in good faith. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content. We may remove any content and terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
You must ensure all content you post is lawful, does not mislead viewers, and is properly disclosed as advertising where required by law. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not create, submit or promote content that: is illegal or promotes illegal activity; infringes any intellectual-property, privacy or publicity right; is sexually explicit, or sexualises or endangers minors; is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or incites violence; is deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise misleading; contains malware; or breaches the rules of any social network on which it is posted. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory, non-waivable rights you have as a consumer. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, CLIPZ.GLOBAL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost earnings or lost views), the Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform and these Terms shall never exceed the total amount you have actually received from us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits apply whether a claim is based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise; because some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these limits, some may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold CLIPZ.GLOBAL harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or any clips you publish.
We process the personal data you provide (account, payout, submission, and contact details) together with technical signals collected automatically — including IP address, device fingerprint, a native device identifier provided by your operating system, platform, and approximate or precise GPS location when you opt into local-campaign verification. When you sign in via Google or Apple, we receive limited profile data (name, email, profile photo) through their OAuth services. When you connect social media accounts, we receive read-only access to public post metrics through authorised third-party analytics integrations. This data is used to operate the service, verify submissions and payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and personalise your experience (including delivering content in your preferred language). Detailed information about retention periods, your GDPR / CCPA rights, and how to request deletion of your account is set out in our separate Privacy Policy.
These Terms are effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason. You may terminate by stopping use of the Platform and requesting deletion of your account through the in-app account deletion feature or by contacting support.
We may modify the Platform or these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use 14 days after posting constitutes acceptance.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain in full force. Assignment & restructuring. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer or novate our rights and obligations — including the contracting entity and operation of the Platform — to an affiliate or third party as part of a reorganisation, sale or transfer of business, on reasonable notice; this will not reduce your validly accrued balances. Force majeure. Neither party is liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Obligations to pay validly accrued amounts are delayed, not excused, by such events. No waiver. Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. Electronic communications. You consent to receive agreements, notices and disclosures from us electronically, and agree that your electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. Third-party beneficiaries. Our affiliates, officers and agents may rely on and enforce the limitation-of-liability, indemnification and intellectual-property provisions. Except as stated, these Terms create no rights for any third party. Entire agreement & survival. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any campaign or program terms, are the entire agreement between you and CLIPZ regarding the Platform and supersede any prior understanding. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so. Language. These Terms may be published in several languages; if there is any conflict, the English version controls.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction lies in the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, and you waive any objection to that venue on the basis of inconvenient forum. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and CLIPZ each waive any right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective or representative proceeding. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence may apply, and nothing in this section affects rights you cannot waive.

By participating in the CLIPZ Referral Program ("Program"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and CLIPZ Global ("CLIPZ", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, you may not participate.
A referral becomes "qualified" only after the Referred Creator completes all of the following:

The Referred Creator pays nothing extra — their earnings remain unchanged.
The following actions will result in immediate disqualification, permanent account ban, and full clawback of all referral earnings:
CLIPZ employs advanced security systems to detect and prevent fraud. Suspicious activity is flagged for manual review. All decisions are final.
